The routine in the video can promote health of fingers and wrists [and even tendons that connect wrists with elbows]. The complaint finger pain and wrists tendon disorders are common for all of us who use hands a lot, and especially with frequent keyboard use. Just taking a short pause between your computer work and performing one or two moves shown in the video may benefit you and make you feel wonderful. I know it as I use them as part of my “body maintenance” routine.
