In this short video I talk about my interview experience in 2020. The year when we do so many things differently, call it adjustment or innovations, same can be said about job interviews. Tele-commute for job interview is definitely a bonus of this stressful experience for many, in particular the frontline pandemic fighters resident-physicians, among others, staffing hospitals of this country. I recorded this short clip with no interviewees in it, it is my reflection on the day of the rheumatology fellows candidates interview.
